UK Delivery

We currently deliver to Northern Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales.

Standard delivery costs £4.99 per order. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.

Please contact us before ordering oversized products or items requiring specialist transport.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Delivery estimates and any special arrangements will be confirmed before or after ordering, as appropriate. Please contact us before purchasing if you need an item by a specific date.

Unless we agree a different delivery period, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract.

Changing Your Mind

For most consumer purchases made online, you have 14 days after receiving your goods to tell us you wish to cancel, without giving a reason.

You then have another 14 days to return the goods. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return address.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for direct return postage costs where we have informed you of this before purchase.

We will refund eligible payments, including standard outbound delivery charges, as required by law. Refunds will be made within the legal time limits and may be withheld until we receive the goods or evidence of their return.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a description of the problem.

Your statutory rights are not affected. Appropriate remedies and return arrangements will be provided in accordance with UK consumer law.

Custom or Special-Order Parts

Some genuinely personalised or made-to-specification goods may be exempt from the normal change-of-mind cancellation right. This will be explained before purchase where applicable.

This does not remove your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
